His diverse background spans investment analysis, operational scaling, and deal structuring, helping businesses maximize value and achieve strategic exits.

As an M&A Advisor at Indigo Mergers & Acquisitions, Sterling specializes in financial modeling, valuation, and structuring complex transactions, including LOIs, MOUs, APAs, PSAs, and LBOs. He has guided clients through SBA underwriting processes, led due diligence efforts, and managed KPIs to drive business performance and enhance enterprise value.

Sterling’s expertise in financial forecasting, deal negotiation, and capital raising positions him as a trusted advisor for business owners and investors navigating acquisitions, exits, and strategic growth initiatives. Currently pursuing his Master of Accounting at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, he continues to refine his expertise in financial analysis and business strategy.
